First and foremost, I’m not a therapist. I’m a life coach. This means that rather than listen to your story as a friend, I help you figure out how to manage your brain so you can accomplish your goals. We focus on the future rather than the past so you can create an intentional life.

I’m going to give you all the tools and guidance you need, but you will ultimately be responsible for your own success. And that’s a beautiful thing.
